What is Youth Mental Health First Aid?

Youth MHFA is an evidence-based, internationally recognized training that teaches adults how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adolescents. It’s ideal for:

• School staff and administrators

• After-school program leaders

• Youth-serving nonprofits

• Mentors, coaches, and volunteers

Participants learn how to approach youth in distress, provide initial support, and connect them to appropriate professional help when needed.

What’s Included in the Giveaway:

• A complete Youth MHFA training session (virtual)
